HOW TO BOOK
& THE PLANNING PROCESS

iNQUIRE
INQUIRE with me if you feel like we would be a great fit. I’ll send you my pricing guide and set up a phone call with you so we can start to get to know each other. I’m an open book and you can ask all the questions INQUIRE WITH ME

book
When you’re ready to BOOK, I will send you the online contract and invoice. We’ll be #official once you’ve signed the contract and paid the $1000 retainer. I never book more than one event on the same day so you’re day is reserved just for you.

plan
Together we will PLAN all the little and big details of your day. I’ll location scout, help with timelines, recommend vendors, and so much more so you never feel like you’re lost in the dark. We’ll stay connected from beginning to end, and ever after.

Wedding day
On your WEDDING DAY I will be your guiding light to help make sure everything stays on task but also allow the day to unfold naturally. I don’t do rigid timelines but will direct where needed.

editing process
After your wedding, I’ll start the EDITING process. I always backup your photos to three different places and will send you tons of sneak peek photos within a week. Preparing the rest of your gallery can take up to 8-10 weeks.

devlivering
When I DELIVER your gallery you’ll see your entire love story for the first time. You might be surprised at how emotional seeing all the images makes you feel! Your gallery is built directly into my print shop so you can print and download as much as you’d like.

Having an adventure session is the perfect way to tell this chapter of your love story. Adventure doesn’t always have to be mountains and hiking but can be baking together, hanging in a canoe, or lounging on the couch.However you want to tell the story, I’m there. I’m based out of Portland, Oregon, but travel all over. All travel is included for PNW.
